    our CDN Wicks are made from high quality materials, are purchased directly from our supplier in Germany and are used successfully by 10's of thousands of candle makers all around Australia
    I am sorry to hear that you had some issues, you can always call or email our team and they would be happy to help you with identifying the issue, because there are many factors which effect the burn of a candle, from the type and quality of wax, fragrance and fragrance load, size of the wick etc and issues like this are usually solved with a quick conversation
