Credit Card Gateway: Secure Payment
We are upgrading our payment gateway, to incorporate Braintree Payments, for credit and debit card processing. Braintree is a large global player in the payments industry which is now a PayPal company, that provides a scalable, secure and well-integrated payments platform.
Once activated, all Credit and Debit card payments will be processed using Braintree's well recognised and secure payments gateway. This Braintree payments gateway utilises the latest security encryption and ensures a safe and secure credit card processing environment, where no customer payment details are captured or stored on the candle Supply website
The Braintree Payments Gateway does have the capability to allow our customers to save their payments details for simpler check out on future orders, however the customer must elect to save their card details and these will only then be saved on a Secure Vault on the Braintree system. Once again, no details will be recorded or saved on the Candle Supply website
Your Security is our Priority Candle Supply reserves the right to verify orders that are placed in your name are not fraudulent. We have normal security measures in place for all online transactions as well as confirming new transactions where shipping and billing information are different. One of our Customer Service representatives will call to verify if we cannot verify the order within 2 to 3 days we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment to the credit card.

At Candle Supply we check Direct Deposits twice a day please make sure that you add your name and the order number to your direct deposit transaction so that it is easy for us to trace and match it against your order. We can then action your order quickly as soon as we can confirm receipt of your payment.
On checkout your order will have the bank and account no details in the payment method box so it is at your finger tips to use to transfer your payment. Please keep a copy of your direct deposit receipt or online transaction summary for your records.
Please note that it can take 2 to 3 days depending on your financial institution for us to receive some payments.
