    Hi Danni, if you are looking to match Japanese Honeysuckle that you have sampled from other suppliers and it has more fruity notes, then I would suggest to try our Golden Japanese Honeysuckle, which is more likely to be the same

    Not Japanese honeysuckle

    I love this scent when I have smelled other candles with this scent , so disappointed when I purchased a big bottle , opened it and it did not have the beautiful sweet smell that we all know , it smelt horrible , I made candles and still was not nice . I purchased from another supplier a small bottle first and it was yum smelled so nice , I usually love the scents I purchase from here but this one never again

    Hi Belinda, sorry to hear you this Japanese Honeysuckle is not what you expected, it is very common to have differences in fragrances with the same name which come from different suppliers due to formulations and raw material sourcing, which is why we always recommend if you are purchasing for the first time to purchase a sample size to test first
    That being said, we do have an alternate which is a sweet version called Golden Japanese Honeysuckle, which is most likely the fragrance that you were originally after, many of our customers looking for this sweet Japanese Honeysuckle are very happy with this alternative

    Disappointing fragrance and rude customer service

    Beware, this is not the Japanese Honeysuckle scent most of us know and love. I ordered a large bottle which turned out to be a regretful purchase as there is no way this scent will be as popular to customers. The one I received smelled like old toilet spray! I don't like giving low ratings but I’m not impressed with the quality of my purchase, even more so the level of customer service I received.

    Natalie from customer service is the least accommodating and I am seriously disgusted in her unprofessionalism and lack of decorum and courtesy to rectify the problem.

    Hi there, very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the Japanese Honeysuckle fragrance oil that you purchased. Fragrance oils can be very different between suppliers due to formulations and sourcing of raw materials. We always recommend to our customers to purchase the sample size bottle, if you had previously purchased a fragrance under this name from another supplier. Particularly with Japanese honeysuckle, there is a distinct difference which is why we now have Golden Japanese honeysuckle which is most likely the one you were looking for
    Unfortunately it is our policy, which is detailed in the terms of the sale (as it is for other suppliers), not to return fragrance oils, which is why as mentioned above, we recommend purchasing sample size bottles when trying a fragrance for the first time
