    Defect lids

    Not happy with my previous order of these lids because they don’t have a hole underneath for the wick to go. All previous lids I have ordered have had this feature. I feel it is a fault in the product.

    Hi Leanne, we are very sorry for this recent change, rest assured that this is not an unknown defect and it was not a decision that was taken lightly, we were left with a choice of having no lids or making this short term concession with our manufacturer to allow them reduced production time in order to fulfill our order
    we have confirmed that their resourcing issues have been solved and that they will fix this and return to the hole underneath on our next order, which should be later this year
    unfortunately only faster moving stocks will return to normal as soon as new stocks arrive, others will take some time to sell off the existing stocks
