Changes to shipping options provided on our new website

Our new website platform provides some exciting new changes to the shipping options presented for you order

These changes will help to streamline the order process, especially with express requests and bulk shipments and hand more power to our customers, in the selection of your shipping provider and service

Please note, that while we have completed significant testing on these new functions, we ask for your patience as we go live with our new website if you happen to experience any minor issues with these new processes

Changes at a glance:

1. Insurance now included on all shipments, no need to select a separate option to include insurance

2. Australia Post - Express rates now available online

3. Bulk shipping process in place to allow order completion and notify our team of call-back for rates, where shipping weight exceeds 250kg

4. Choice of Australia Post, Couriers Please or Aramax (Fastway) rates real time. We believe that our customers best know which courier delivers better in their area and wanted to put this selection in their hands, to provide the best opportunity to have on time and safe delivery

Note: Couriers Please and Aramax couriers both utilise Agent couriers in some areas of Australia, which can at times delay deliveries.

We recommend that you check your location to validate if they use their own network operators or agent networks (agents in all states not recommended and we do not recommend using these couriers for Tasmania, Northern Territory or Western Australia)

ie: even if the rates are the cheapest, that doesn’t mean they will be the most efficient, so please check this before selecting these couriers

We do not recommend using Couriers Please for  WA  NT  TAS  due to limited network causing extensive delays in deliveries. You can check the networks for your area using the links for your state, however the couriers do not guarantee delivery timelines to these areas
