    Hi Jane, Very sorry that you had trouble with the assembly of the diffuser gift box, I assume that is with the folding of the internal insert
    Here is a link to a step by step photo guide for the assembly of the insert which should help https://www.candlesupply.com.au/how-to-guides/diffuser-box-inner-liner-assembly-guide
    Whilst it may seem complicated, we did try to provide for a) securing the diffuser bottle in transit b) providing for a secure place to keep the reeds and c) to provide a window for the reeds to be see at the back of the insert to show the colour to the customers with the box closed, hope this helps
