Pre-orders are currently available for selected 2.5 litre Luxaroma fragrances. Eligible options display a blue “Available for Pre-order” banner below the SKU description.
Orders for delivery
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and dispatched together once all items are available. This includes any in-stock products purchased in the same order.
If you would like your in-stock products dispatched sooner, please purchase them in a separate order from your pre-order items. Shipping charges are calculated separately for each order at checkout.
Orders for pickup
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will only send your “Ready for pickup” notification once the entire order is available.
You may collect the in-stock items before receiving this notification. Please understand that your pre-order items may not yet be available and will require a separate visit to collect once ready.
All items ordered for pickup must be collected. We cannot ship the remaining pre-order items.
