    I would like to buy wholesale candle supplies and soap making supplies, is that possible? 
    You have come to the right place. Our customers include hobby to businesses alike. The larger the quantity, the more discount applies for bulk orders. If you are after specific requirements, please don't hesitate to contact us and we can tailor a quote for you.

    I live in Sydney, do I have the option to pick up my order from the warehouse in Wetherill Park? 
    Of course! We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm and 10:00am to 2:00pm on Saturdays. If you intend on visiting us, drop us a quick email to let us know and to minimise any waiting time. Candle Supply is located at Unit 3 8-9 Lagana Place, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164.

    Where can I park if come to visit your showroom?
    Unlike our previous location, there is plenty of onsite parking at our new showroom and warehouse at Wetherill Park, right in front of the building

    Shipping Information

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Once an order has been received and payment has been processed, we generally pack orders the following day. During peak periods such as long weekends and the lead up to Christmas, there may be a delay, but this should never be more than a day.     Will I receive confirmation of my order? 
    An order confirmation will be sent through to the email that has been entered. If you did not receive this, your email may have been input incorrectly, or the confirmation may have gone into your spam folder. If this is the case, please call the office on +61 2 8741 4000 and we can help you out.

    What payment options are available? 
    Secure payments made via our credit card payments gateway is processed via Braintree and is our preferred form of payment. We also accept Direct Debit and Paypal payments for all online transactions. If you are visiting our showroom/warehouse in Wetherill Park, payment by cash or EFTPOS is also possible.
