    1. Do I have to be a registered business to purchase from Candle Supply?

    No you do not, we welcome everyone big or small to purchase wholesale from our site we offer bulk purchase prices online for larger quantities.

    2. Do I have to register online to purchase from Candle Supply?

    No. You are quite welcome to purchase as a guest. 

    3. What payment methods does Candle Supply accept? 

    Candle Supply accepts credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Direct Deposit and cash when picking up order. 

    4. Will Candle Supply despatch orders without payment? 

    No, Candle Supply will not despatch order until payment has been made in full. 

    5. Does the system allow for payment made directly to a Candle Supply bank account? 

    Yes, The details are on the website the order will have the bank details on it does not allow for these types of payment options. 

    6. Can I pick up my Order from Rhodes? 

    Yes. We are open from 8.30 to 5.00pm for pickups Monday to Friday. Our warehouse closes at 4.30pm. To minimise any waiting please call or e-mail us to let us know what time you are planning to pickup so we can have your order waiting. We will do our best to meet your requirement and have your order picked in advance.  

    7. What are the advantages of registering online with Candle Supply? 

    Registering makes it easy to place orders as your address information is stored (this does not include your credit card details) making repeat orders quite simple. You will also have access to a complete record of your past orders and be able to track order status. You are able to simply login from the front of the Web Site.

    8. How do you send orders? 

    We use Australia Post for the majority of orders and have 2 pickups per day one AM and one PM. Large orders including pallets are handled separately ring for a quote or you can arrange your own freight company pickup. 

    9. How can I track my orders? 

    We endeavour to have all orders processed and sent at the latest the next day, Monday for Friday and weekend orders otherwise the next day.
