Important Update on Order Processing Backlogs and Refunds for Out of Stock Items - 15th October 2020 - Please Read

    COVID-19 (coronavirus) Business Update - 12th August 2020


    Hi All, unfortunately due to the continuing escalation of this second wave of COVID 19 around Sydney and the need to protect our staff and customers, we have decided to close our showroom for browsing and placing orders once again

    We are still very much open for online orders which are to be delivered, but also for warehouse pickups as well, all we ask are the following key requests for warehouse pickups:

    1. That orders are placed online at least 1 hour prior to arrival

    2. That payment for pick up orders is made online during the check out process also prior to arrival

    3. That customers nominate a time for the pickup in the shipping notes during the checkout process, so that we can have your order ready for when you arrive

    4. Pickup's will be managed from showroom reception for most orders, with only larger orders being collected from the loading dock as usual. We will need to restrict the number of people at reception, so please be patient while waiting to be served

    5. We will still be open on Saturday for pickups, however all orders must be placed at least 1 hour prior to arrival to allow our staff time to prepare your order
